ABOUT LYNN PEAK PHYSIO
I have worked as a physiotherapist on the North Shore and Whistler for over 20 years. I am passionate about movement and helping my patients reach their goals.

I am a manual therapist and IMS practitioner who believes in a partnership with my patients. This includes mobility, strengthening, and education. The goal is to get you back to your sport with a stronger more resilient body.
​
The focus of my practice is working with runners (elite and recreational), soccer players and pre and postpartum moms. But I welcome patients of all activity levels with any injury or background in sport.

PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS
Physiotherapy Sessions:
60 minute Initial physiotherapy: $170
45 minute physiotherapy: $135
30 minute physiotherapy: $95

Running Analysis
Assessment and Video Analysis: $175
Includes a physiotherapy assessment to identify potential risk factors for injury and a treadmill video analysis.
Video Analysis with take place at Coast Performance Rehab

Injury Prevention/Return to Sport
Individual 30 minute session: $95
Group Session (4-6 athletes) must be booked as a package of 4 sessions: $160
It is recommended that the players book a 30 minute assessment prior to starting the sessions.

RUNNING ANALYSIS
Running is a complex and repetitive movement pattern. Over time, small errors in your gait pattern can compound due to the repetitive nature of running. A detailed running assessment can fine tune your movement pattern and can lead to improvements in running efficiency and overall fluidity.

A detailed running analysis includes:

A full body assessment of strength, neuromuscluar control, range of motion and coordination
video analysis from multiple views that will be be discussed and sent to the client for future reference
Recommendations for your technique based on the mobility and running assessment
A concise exercise program
Discussion of footwear
INJURY PREVENTION AND RETURN TO SPORT
Injury prevention programs are an effective way to stay strong and injury free throughout your sports season. Sessions can be one on one or small group.Â
Return to Sport involves an active rehabilitation session that progressively take the athlete through the movements and demands required to return to sport at 100%.
